The restaurant promotes typical seasonal products, using the natural produce from the sea and land as the basis for our dishes, with a view to optimising the Romagna tradition. Ever famous for rolled pastas: our cappelletti pasta in capon broth and all the typical pasta dishes of the area are highly sought-after.
We can organise pasta-making demonstrations for groups of guests (duration approximately 1 hour): by the hands of skilled pasta chefs, like magic eggs and flour form the famous 'spoja' from which we can then create our cappelletti, ricotta-filled tortelloni, tagliatelle, garganelli, tortellini, strichetti and many other. Excellent selection of local wines.


The menu can also offer typical Romagna dishes suitable for celiac diets.

Room service dinner available (upon request) for arrivals after 22.30
