The restaurant promotes typical seasonal products, using the natural produce from the sea and land as the basis for our dishes, with a view to optimising the Romagna tradition. Ever famous for rolled pastas: our cappelletti pasta in capon broth and all the typical pasta dishes of the area are highly sought-after. We can organise pasta-making demonstrations for groups of guests (duration approximately 1 hour): by the hands of skilled pasta chefs, like magic eggs and flour form the famous 'spoja' from which we can then create our cappelletti, ricotta-filled tortelloni, tagliatelle, garganelli, tortellini, strichetti and many other. Excellent selection of local wines. The menu can also offer typical Romagna dishes suitable for celiac diets.
